Project Manager

Location: ACT Contract: 12 month contract with 2 x 12 Months extension Eligibility: Baseline Security Clearance We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join a dynamic and high-performing team focused on supporting smaller non-corporate entities with their ERP uplift initiatives.
In this role you will oversee the delivery of ERP solutions, helping entities select and implement technology solutions that align with their needs and budgets.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a variety of stakeholders and technology vendors, providing valuable cross-agency exposure.
It's an excellent chance to enhance your skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of ERP uplifts for smaller non-corporate entities.
Manage all aspects of project management, including planning, procurement, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
Collaborate with technology vendors and service providers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Provide strategic, operational, and tactical guidance through Project Workshops and other communication channels.
Work alongside other Project Managers to ensure resources are effectively allocated across projects.
Develop and maintain key project documents, such as project plans, statements of work, and benefits realisation plans.
Recommend improvements within the project management framework, including mentoring and training staff to build team capacity.
Desirable Criteria Demonstrated Experience: Proven track record of delivering services on projects of similar scale and complexity.
Capacity and Capability: Ability to meet high standards and deadlines.
Risk Management and Compliance: Strong skills in managing risks and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Total Cost: Breakdown of proposed pricing, including all fees, charges, taxes, assumptions, and payment schedules.
