Position Summary Anytime Fitness Wyndham Vale is looking for a full-time Membership Consultant to join our team of experts.
As a Membership Consultant, you are an integral part of each and everything we do and are critical for member engagement and day-to-day operations of the club.
From making potential and current members feel welcome the moment they step into our club, genuinely caring about our members' health and fitness journey, to maintaining the operations of the club.
Your success is important to us.
You will work closely with the Club Manager to develop and upskill and become part of our long-term vision.
Key responsibilities: Ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently day-to-dayCalling potential membersServicing potential, new, and current membersMeeting team targets and continually striving to improveBuilding rapport and generating leads for the Personal TrainersMaking the club fun and enjoyable for the team and all club membersAssisting the Club ManagerQualifications and Experience: First Aid and CPRWorking with Children check and Police CheckStrong customer service skillsSelf-motivated, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personallyProactive – offer opinions, feedback, and new ideas in partnership with the managementTake initiative and responsibilityPassionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help othersAvailable mornings and eveningsBenefits: Training & DevelopmentCompetitive RemunerationFree Gym MembershipSecure and progressive working environmentInterested in joining our team?
