The client
Having been established for close to 20 years, our client is a leading player in the masterplanned communities development space.
Since their inception, they have completed 25 projects and have around $1.6 Billion worth of projects currently in their development pipeline which will be delivered in the coming years.
The business is well funded, and they are continuing to search and acquire new sites for development.
The role
Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Senior Development Manager to join their team.
This is an integral role in the company as you will be working on masterplanned community projects once they have been acquired by the acquisitions team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Oversee Development Projects, Liaise with Consultants Increase Profitability of Projects through Cost & Time Management Prepare Development Reviews, Feasibility, & Risk Evaluations Assist in the Process of Creating Sales & Marketing Strategies Provide leadership, Motivation & Guidance to Team Members Skills & experience
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have current experience as a Development Manager, or Senior Development Manager in the masterplanned community's space.
Other key requirements include:
Tertiary Qualifications in Property or Construction Full Lifecycle Development Experience Preferred Exceptional Stakeholder Management Skills Proven Financial & Commercial Acumen Sound Understanding of NSW Statutory Planning Process Benefits
