Job Description:dentsu is a network designed for what's next, helping clients predict and plan for disruptive future opportunities and create new paths to growth in the sustainable economy through five global leadership brands; Carat, Dentsu Creative, dentsu X, iProspect and Merkle, each with deep specialisms.Operating in over 145 markets worldwide with more than 46,000 dedicated specialists and partnering with 95 of the top 100 global advertisers our collective vision is to be at the forefront of people-centred transformations that shape society.We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Commercial Finance Analyst with our awesome team in Sydney.Role Purpose:In this role, you will utilise financial analysis techniques to deliver day-to-day support and provide insight, analysis, and trends on critical business issues impacting the performance of the Media Service Line in consideration by senior stakeholders.This is a great opportunity to be part of delivering the strategic direction of the organisation and work closely with the Business Partner in delivering on strategy, revenue, and profit targets.Responsibilities include: Management & financial reporting - Produce, review, analyse and provide insights for key stakeholders at month-endPlanning & forecasting - Assisting in the delivery of accurate and timely forecasts and budgetsStakeholder engagement - Analytical support to internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the strategic planCommercial & strategic analysis - Provide operational decision-making support to key stakeholders within the business.
Identify integrity and process issues, measure performance KPI's, and drive growth and expense savings through analysis and liaison with brandsInitiatives - Support key Australian Finance initiatives and projects outlined in the yearly plan.About you:You will be degree qualified and have a successful Commercial Finance/FP&A track record including budgeting/forecasts, management reporting, and analytics (ideally 2-4 years)Completed a tertiary degree in Accounting/Finance and completed or working towards an internationally recognised accounting qualification (i.e.
