In addition to experience, qualities like leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster a positive organisational culture with Dentists, Practice Managers, and support staff are key.Joining our growing network as a Regional Operations Manager offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual.
This fast-paced role involves not only managing operations across multiple locations but also empowering and motivating teams to excel.To Be Successful In This Role, You Will PossessDemonstrated success in driving revenue and business performance, showcasing an ability to achieve and exceed targets.A track record of establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.Ability to interpret financial reports, including P&L statements, and maintain budgets.
