Associate Director, Energy Transition Advisory - Project Finance & M&AA fantastic new opportunity to join a global Project Finance and M&A advisory deal team. Our client has recently opened their Sydney office to accelerate the energy transition in Australia and New Zealand, and covers M&A, debt advisory and strategic support, across all renewable and energy transitions technologies. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with the rest of the worldwide team and the team spread out across their Singapore and Tokyo offices.Key responsibilitiesTaking responsibility for advisory missions relating to financial structuring, raising required debt or supporting M&A equity finance transactionsSupervising financial analyst on the development and management of financial models and cash flow valuations for renewable energy projectsGathering of market intelligence on sectors of interest to the company such as electricity markets, debt markets or venture capital marketsParticipating actively in Business Development in Australia and wider APAC regionActive participation in an entrepreneurial, international and dynamic team focused on making projects happenWe are looking for someone with 8+ years relevant work experience, ideally in project finance/debt advisory or M&A within renewables/energy.If you are interested in discussing further, please apply, or alternatively send a direct email to .
