Where the team fits in The role sits within the Customer 360 tribe in the Customer Marketplace Portfolio of Customer Product & Experience group.
The tribe manages the platform and data that powers the best customer experiences.
This tribe is on a mission to provide a high quality 360-degree view of our customers to enable delivery of superior value to them.
The tribe is accountable for different customer experiences like onboarding, contract management, managing agency and profile information while supporting sales flows.
This tribe is also Data owner and publishes foundational dataset making it easily accessible to draw insights and decisions.
You will be working with Customer squad in the tribe and have a focus on how the individual customer and its data is represented, accessed, and transformed to improve the overall customer experience.
You will be part of the team that will help uplift our customer data architecture and help to integrate and centralize disparate customer data across multiple systems to deliver a seamless and insightful customer experience.
The Customer Squad specifically look after key systems that support the management, evolution and publication of customer data and the relationships between our customers both individual and business.
The Customer Team provide interfaces between the systems that support REA's sales teams, customer marketing, customer operations and customer self-service systems such as Ignite.
What the role is all about The Customer 360 tribe is dedicated on improving customer experiences through improving the quality of our data.
We are looking for a Developer who is passionate about working with backend systems.
You will be working collaboratively with our product and technical team members to help deliver and to continually refine and elevate our consumers' user journey.
The Developer supports the team in the following ways:
Help implement and maintain our new and existing software productsKeep abreast of the latest technology advancements to inform product and technical designProactively contribute to the continuous improvement of products, technology, processes and team developmentActively develop skills and experience through continual learning and evaluationSupport the Senior and Lead Developer in ensuring code quality and teamwork is being fostered in the development teamWho we're looking for Proven skills in modern software development paradigms such as continuous delivery.Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environmentAble to communicate and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.Work productively in a fast paced and agile environmentAn avid supporter of our fully inclusive culture – we celebrate difference and ensure that everyone belongsThe REA experience The physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something we'll never stop caring about.
