High profile role that will unlock value for our customers
Build your team from the ground up Make a real difference for our customers and colleagues In this Head of Simplification Diagnostics and Solutions role, you will Develop and execute the strategic vision for the simplification diagnostic function across the organisation Conduct thorough diagnostics to understand the current operating environment and identify complexity drivers Design and implement innovative solutions to simplify and streamline channels/products/processes Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of simplification initiatives Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and buy-in Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of simplification initiatives Preference for Melbourne location, but open to Sydney What You'll Bring Seasoned professional within banking and financial services Proven track record of leading successful simplification and efficiency projects with a background in business model diagnostics, lean process re-design and change delivery Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends Ability to solve complex enterprise problems and create pragmatic solutions Strong leadership skills and champion of our Who We Are behaviours A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
