Senior Content Writer & Knowledge ManagerWe are seeking an experienced writer to fill the newly created position of Senior Content Writer & Knowledge Manager within our corporate Business Development division. This key role will involve contributing to our ongoing growth by writing and managing content to be used in our bid submissions, bid library, and for new business opportunities. You will also be involved in drafting and revising company updates, such as new contract wins and ASX announcements to the market. This role can be based from our brand new office on Collins Street in Melbourne, or our office in Chatswood, NSW.
About The Role In addition to creating persuasive written content, you will also review and contribute to our bid submissions. You will work closely with our bid teams across our operational divisions, which include Utilities, Telecommunications, Transport, and Defence & Social Infrastructure, as well as Corporate teams. When reviewing our bids, your responsibility will be to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to streamline the process and support the quality and accuracy of our submissions.
Your key duties will include: Developing persuasive written content for bids, proposals, and new business opportunities.Drafting and revising corporate updates, including new contract wins and ASX announcements.Working closely with the business development and bid teams across our operational divisions.Reviewing bid submissions to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to streamline bid processes.Overseeing the consistency, quality, and accuracy of submissions.Managing and updating our Bid Library to support our bids and business development activities.About Us

Our ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of demonstrated experience in content or bid writing, or a similar discipline.Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.Knowledge and experience in business development and proposals/bids writing.Experience working for an essential services infrastructure contractor/provider or within a large professional organisation.Knowledge of the Utilities, Telecommunications, Transport, and Defence & Social Infrastructure sectors is a plus but not essential.Tertiary qualifications in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, Business or a related discipline in language, literature or technical communications is highly desirable but not essential.How To Apply Please submit your interest with the apply button where you will be directed to create a profile on our system.
