As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Handling & addressing rental inquiries via email and phoneConducting open homes and open-for-inspectionsIngoing & outgoing inspectionsRoutine inspections & Saturday workPrepare properties for online advertisingLease sign upsPreparing leases and lease packsAd hoc administration dutiesSkills and Experience:A current certificate of Registration & driver's licensePrevious leasing experience is highly desirableHigh level of professionalismExceptional communication skills both written and verbalHigh level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skillsConfident & hard working individual with a can-do attitudeA great team playerTo Apply:Please call Vanessa Necovski on for more information or email your CV to .
