We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead and oversee our Kalgoorlie branch, driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a dynamic team.
Position : Branch Manager
Location : Kalgoorlie, Western Australia
Job Type : Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities : As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operational success of the Kalgoorlie branch.
Your key duties will include :
Leadership and Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team of professionals to achieve company goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Sales and Business Development : Drive business growth through proactive sales strategies, customer relationship management, and identifying new market opportunities.Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including inventory management, stock ordering, budgeting, and ensuring the smooth running of services.Customer Service Excellence : Ensure that the branch delivers a high standard of service, resolving customer queries and ensuring the best solutions are provided.Health, Safety, and Compliance : Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and industry regulations to maintain a safe and productive environment.Reporting and Administration : Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales, and operational metrics for senior management.Key Requirements : Proven experience in branch or operations management, ideally within the automotive or tyre industry (however, relevant experience from other industries will be considered).Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.Solid understanding of sales strategies and business development.Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of health and safety practices within the workplace.A valid driver's license is essential; HR or MR license is a plus.Why Join Complete Tyre Solutions?
