If you need assistance or adjustments to fully participate in the application process, please contact us.About the RoleBased in Tennis HQ (Melbourne) and reporting to the Head of Strategy, in this role you will work with the team to support the following business initiatives:Develop and regularly refresh TA's annual rolling 5-year strategy.AO and Summer of Tennis debrief governance process, aligning views of what worked well, opportunities for improvement, and implications on TA strategy.AO Review governance process to frame key decisions for future AO.Refresh of TA's sustainability strategy and coordination of the delivery across the different pillars of the plan.Lead key strategy projects throughout the year (e.g., review of AO Retail, Precinct Master Plan, Tennis Disciplines Strategy).Own the governance and oversight of the business's key strategic initiatives.About YouWhat You Will Bring to the Role:Experience in strategy and business plan development, inclusive of problem resolution and opportunity assessment.Excellent analytical ability and objective analytical approach.Effective communication and ability to manage appropriate dialogue at all organisational levels.Ability to exert personal influence and build value-based relationships, including the ability to build and drive extended and virtual teams.Financial acumen (nimble with P&L, key ratios, and balance sheet with focus on economic profit).2+ years of experience in developing and implementing corporate and business unit strategies and organisational operating models, in a top-tier strategy or corporate environment.You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.What's in it for You?Career development with a range of formal education and on-the-job training opportunities.Tickets to the Australian Open.Monthly health & wellbeing activities through our Thrive program.Onsite gym & tennis facilities.Free car parking.A range of discounts from our sponsorship partners.To ApplyIf you think you're up to the challenge, we'd love to hear from you
