The Role We currently have an opportunity for an experienced HC (Heavy Combination) / MC (Multi Combination) driver to work out of our Hallam site.
Our working roster is five and a half days per week with set start and finish times.
We currently have day shift positions available, however you may also be required to work night shift as required.
You will be responsible for the loading and delivery of raw materials to multiple sites across the Melbourne metro area.
If you have a minimum of 12 months experience driving a multi/heavy combination vehicle, we will train you in all areas required to become a competent raw material tipper/bulk tanker driver.

Responsibilities Maintain safety complianceComply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and mass managementLoad & deliver raw materialsComplete basic documentationMaintain professional customer relationshipsMaintain the vehicle in a clean and tidy conditionUndertake general yard duties and plant housekeepingWhat you will need to succeed Current HC licence as a minimumPrevious tipper or tanker experience will be seen as beneficialRelevant building/concrete industry experience is desirable however full training will be providedA strong commitment to health and safetyA reliable team player attitude with a focus on customer serviceFlexibility to work in a small team environment and assist with other duties as requiredA safe and supportive environment Central Pre-Mix Concrete puts safety first and recognises that diversity in our workforce drives innovation, encourages creativity and better equips us to be always ready.
