At Fortescue, we value Family, and we will support you so that you can show up for both your Fortescue family and family at home.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduled maintenance of diesel & electric excavatorsDiagnostics & fault findingWork in conjunction with all team members, ensuring teamwork across all crewsEnsure FMG and site operations procedures and policies are followedHigh regard for a safe and inclusive workplace.Qualifications and ExperienceAustralian Recognised Trade Certificate as a Heavy Duty (HD) Fitter or Diesel Mechanic for Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME)Previous experience working in MiningExcavator fleet experience is essentialExperience working on Liebherr R9250/ R9400/ R9400E/ 996B or CAT 6040 Excavators would be highly desirableStrong commitment to workplace safetyAbility to effectively work in a team-oriented environment.Our CommitmentFortescue celebrates individual strengths and team members are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work.
