If you like challenges, out-of-the-box thinking and teamwork, there is an opportunity for you as we are recruiting for a Casual Client Advisor to join Australia's most dynamic Swiss watch brand, TAG Heuer, in our Karrinyup Boutique. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Casual Client Advisor will be responsible for meeting individual and boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base and assisting with daily boutique operations.
The Casual Client Advisor will play a fundamental role in driving the brand awareness.

A TAG HEUER CLIENT ADVISOR IS A performance-driven salesperson who consistently seeks to achieve sales targets through selling techniques & collaboration.A client development specialist who leverages all available resources to build long-lasting personal connections with clients.An active contributor to operations excellence who respects retail & administrative processes on the floor.ABOUT YOU At TAG Heuer, we are looking for talents who are creative, energetic, pragmatic, results-orientated and agile.

HARD SKILLS Knowledge of luxury retail environmentKnowledge / passion for watches, new trends in lifestyle, new technologies and sportsFluent in English, and a second language is a plusSelling skills: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling of objections, sales closing, etc.Understanding of sales KPIs: traffic, conversion, sales in volume and value, ASP, mix of sales…Knowledge of Client and Clienteling KPIsKnowledge of digital toolsKnowledge of / interest for Brand DNA, history & collectionsKnowledge of Front and Back toolsKnowledge of (Brand) Retail ProceduresSOFT SKILLS Client-centric mindset, focused on recruiting new clients and growing the active client base, nurturing long term relationship with clientsOpen minded, excellent interpersonal and communication skillsEnergetic, self-motivated, action and results-orientedSelf-starter, able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAdaptable to changes, flexible, able to bring up new ideas and solutionsTeam spirit, high integrity and transparencyAbility to represent the Maison in & outside the store, great presentation skillsDigitally savvy, fast learner and rigorousAs a TAG Heuer Ambassador, you are passionate about new trends in lifestyle, arts, new technologies and sports.
