Bentley Park College is seeking applications for a Responsible Behaviour Officer on a temporary full-time basis, until 12 December 2025 unless otherwise determined.
Within this role, you will support students through interaction with them in a variety of settings and develop a supportive learning environment with effective behaviour management practice.

About the Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Delivery and monitoring of Responsible Behaviour Plan for years 7-12, Individual Behaviour Plans, and negotiate clearly articulated classroom rules and responsibilities for red zone students.Contribute as part of a professional team working with the school and the community, and liaise with students, teachers, parents, guidance officers, special needs teachers, administrative officers, officers of welfare agencies, and other government departments.Facilitate the forging of links between the school and families of students who show persistent behaviour problems, to encourage students' continuous engagement at school and assist students to determine their future educational requirements.Maintain records of student and parent contacts on a continual daily basis.How to Apply Please attach a brief resume including contact details for 2 referees (referees should have an understanding of your relevant previous work history);A 1-page written statement in response to the attached role description.We welcome all applicants to share any support needed to ensure our recruitment process is inclusive.
