As a Job Coach-DES, you'll be doing so much more than finding jobs.

You will connect and engage with employers to source meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities.
The opportunity Earn a competitive salary with performance bonusesAccess a world of training, development and employee benefitsBuild relationships with local organisations to grow a network of Disability Confident EmployersProvide ongoing support, education and resources for our customersDeliver efficient and effective strategies to positively engage with employers and build sustainable relationshipsAbout you High level of interpersonal communication and organisational skillsDisability, Health or Employment sector experience is preferredAbility to overcome objections, and break down employment barriers that exist for people with disabilityAwareness of vulnerabilities to employment and the effects of unemploymentEffective, positive problem solving and conflict resolution skillsHold a current Working With Vulnerable People Check (you will be required to obtain prior to being offered employment and reimbursement provided on commencement if successful)Ability to obtain a police check (to be arranged through MAX).Be able to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employmentBenefits Gender neutral paid parental leave of 12 weeksSuperannuation contributions paid for women during the first 12 weeks of any unpaid parental leave5 weeks annual leave after 3 years serviceAccess to long service leave after 5 years serviceExtensive leave provisions including domestic abuse, community service, study leaveAbility to purchase or cash out annual leaveEducation assistance and study leaveFlexible working arrangementsProven career development and promotion opportunitiesDiversity and Inclusion We are proud to hold the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice Citation and be a recognised Disability Confident Company.
