OverviewWe're looking to hire a Cloud Solution Architect - Enterprise Voice to join Microsoft Federal.

The Microsoft Federal organization was established to address the unique mission, legal/regulatory requirements, and procurement rules and processes of the United States Government (USG).
Microsoft Federal is committed to ensuring its resources – including appropriately qualified, experienced, and certified personnel – are available as needed to meet USG evolving needs.
QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, or consulting.3+ years experience in Voice Infrastructure Management: Experience with VoIP technologies and infrastructure.2+ years experience with Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with collaboration and communication tools such as Teams, Webex, Slack, etc.Other Requirements The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
Preferred Qualifications 6+ years experience working in a customer-facing role.6+ years experience leading technical projects.2+ years experience with Integration: Ability to integrate Microsoft Teams or similar technologies with existing enterprise voice systems.Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, or security certifications).ResponsibilitiesThe Cloud Solution Architect - Enterprise Voice is responsible for:
Understanding customers' overall M365 productivity portfolio, IT and business priorities to design implementation architectures and solutions.Ensuring all solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability upon deployment.Developing deep relationships with key customer IT decision makers to enable cloud adoption.Being the Voice of the Customer; sharing insights and best practices.Collaborating with other Cloud Solution Architects in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions.Technical responsibilities include delivering proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and providing tailored guidance.
This role will also involve voice infrastructure management and integration of Microsoft Teams with existing enterprise voice systems.
