Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare, and sleep services.
We specialize in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.The underlying objective of this position is to carry out services and sales duties in dealing with patients over the counter and over the phone.
This role requires a dynamic Retail Consultant/CPAP Therapy Consultant to join our Woodville clinic.
The primary goal of our clinic is to provide bespoke solutions, treatments, and management for obstructive sleep apnea to our clients.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Serve as the initial point of contact for both new and existing clientsEngage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email communicationsOffer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirementsCollaborate with healthcare professionals and service providersPromote and upsell our product range and servicesMaintain and sterilize clinic equipmentMaintain inventory and process clinic ordersAre you a MATCH?Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environmentsExceptional communication skillsIndependent clinic management capabilityBroad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interactionProficiency with Google Suite applicationsKeen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplinesStrong organizational and administrative skillsAbout Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies, and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
