Customer-Centric Leadership: As the Director, you'll manage a team that serves as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring we meet and exceed their expectations.
Problem Solver: Act as the tenancy manager, coordinating with various PGI and government teams to provide innovative solutions to customer challenges.
Daily Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of buildings, liaise with building owners, and offer advice on service improvements.
Centre of Excellence: Lead a team that provides top-notch advice and guidance on property and customer management for a diverse portfolio.
Strategic Oversight: Manage government and non-government accommodation planning, analyse occupancy, and maintain the ACT Government Property Register.
Expertise Valued: Your experience in commercial property leasing will be highly valued as you oversee new sub-leases and the issuance of leases and licenses.

Note: Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
This position is based in an activity-based working (ABW) environment.
Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
