This includes ensuring the timely and accurate reconciliation of bank transactions, as well as the efficient processing and allocation of customer payments.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Management of the accounts receivable inboxCoordination of daily banking reconciliationsOverseeing refund processingAssisting with processing new credit applications & credit limitsConducting credit assessmentsCreating manual invoices and credits approvedProviding exceptional Internal and External Customer ServiceTHE PERSON…Our ideal candidate is an organised, self-starter with strong attention to detail, having worked in similar administration/ accounts roles.You will also possess the following:Proactive research, analysis, and problem-solving skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders in a professional mannerIntermediate level of Word and ExcelOUR CULTURE…At Beaumont Tiles, we believe that creating a culture of belonging and inclusivity is crucial to our success, and we strive to reflect the diversity of our local communities in our workforce.
