KU MelbourneKeiser University - Melbourne900 South Babcock StreetMelbourne, FL 32901, USAThe Assistant Bursar is responsible for the following:Essential FunctionsSet-up student payments & works with Financial Aid to ensure student payment plans are arrangedEnsure student information is accurate and up-to-dateProcess enrollment and application paymentsSend monthly billing statementsRun weekly balance reports to monitor credit and debit balancesRun past-due reports to check on outstanding paymentsPrepare daily deposits for bank and daily bank reportDetermine eligibility and facilitate refundsCall/send letters to students who are past-due and not currently attending classRefer cases to collections agency when students are non-responsiveVerify eligibility and clear students for transcript requestsThis is a full-time position.
