Flavorite is undergoing a high level of growth and to continue our focus on excellence in all facets of operations, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our leadership team based at our Mansfield location, located in the beautiful Victorian High Country which currently employs up to 60 employees.
About the role:The Picking Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Picking Supervisor with the management and implementation of the picking strategies in order to achieve budgeted production levels.

The role will complement a friendly, motivated applicant who loves to jump in and collaborate with others, leads by example and enjoys being hands-on
