Overall, Role PurposeThe Control Tower Specialist is responsible for managing, controlling and developing specific Corporate Customers in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and human resources.
AccountabilitiesDevelop and maintain strong existing corporate customer relations and loyalty.Respond to corporate customer RFI, RFQ (Request for Information, Request for Quote) and Tenders.Respond to corporate customer needs/enquiries/complaints.Co-ordinate with different departments to deliver quality service to corporate customers.Maintain good communication and working relationship with other functions.Assist in account receivable issues.Support a high performance service culture within the functional department.Support the management & allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.Provide input and support constant improvement and optimization of department resources.Ensure Customer commitments are clearly communicated to respective operations – clear business set up process.Report activities, quotes, sales calls and other information through customer database system i.e.
