About the role The Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator provides support to the partnerships team across corporate, philanthropic, and others to support income generation as well as non-financial support, with a focus on building strong engagement with employees at Red Cross partner organisations.
Day to day you will Coordinate the Red Cross workplace giving program with the aim of growing this as a long-term sustainable source of funding Provide Account Management and related tasks Manage all workplace giving platforms and keep up to date with relevant campaigns and donor communications Develop and deliver a calendar of workplace giving campaigns and communications Support the partnerships team by coordinating volunteering and employee engagement opportunities for existing and new partners Provide support across a range of existing relationships with partners that provide financial or in-kind support for Red Cross Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure continued growth of partner support Assist with proposal development for new partnerships and funding opportunities What you will bring Demonstrated experience in a corporation or NGO in fundraising, business development, account management, sponsorship, marketing or customer service role.
Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with various stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team, with a flexible, positive and collaborative approach Well-developed planning, research and organizational skills Benefits that act for you, while you act for humanity Financial wellbeing: In addition to your salary, you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your salary.
