The Role
As a Site Manager/Foreman, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of 1 or maybe 2 construction projects at a time, ensuring they run smoothly, within budget, and on schedule.
You'll work across a range of custom luxury projects, collaborating closely with directors and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for building high-quality homes.
If you're an experienced foreman, site supervisor, or construction/site manager looking to make an impact and take complete ownership of projects both on and off-site, this is the perfect role for you.
While the majority of your time will be spent leading the team and coordinating tasks, there will be moments when you'll step in on-site to lead by example, especially on more challenging tasks that require your expertise.
Whether it's getting the team motivated, setting up complex tasks, or tackling high-risk elements, you'll provide the hands-on leadership needed to keep everything running smoothly and ensure quality is never compromised.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish Lead, coordinate, and manage internal carpenters/staff and subcontractors Develop, implement, and adhere to detailed project schedules Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our award-winning quality standards Work closely with directors to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise Maintain and manage pre-set budgets, tracking costs and ensuring financial objectives are met Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and maintain a safe worksite Manage technical on-site problem-solving and make decisions to keep projects progressing efficiently Ordering & coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and on-site logistics Ensure all work aligns with the design vision and quality expectations Provide leadership and support to the team to foster a positive and productive work environment Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in high-end residential construction from start to finish Strong understanding of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively High attention to detail and a commitment to quality Experience managing and motivating teams, including carpenters and subcontractors Driver's license Cert III Carpentry Cert IV Building & Construction (preferred) Proficiency in using or the ability to quickly learn construction and project management software to effectively track progress, manage schedules, and communicate with internal teams Benefits
