About the FirmOur client, a highly successful and progressive CA firm, is seeking an Associate Director or Senior Manager to join their team. With a strong track record of growth (25% increase over the past year), this firm is built for success and focuses on delivering high-level compliance and advisory services.A truly unique opportunity to join a young, dynamic leadership teamThe OpportunityDue to significant growth, this role will see you step straight into the business, working autonomously with new clients, leading a team, and assisting with practice management duties.Key Responsibilities:Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily from the construction and professional services sectors.New Client Management: Be the primary contact for most new clients entering the firm, building and maintaining strong relationships.Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of accountants, overseeing workflow, reviewing work, and providing technical training.Practice Management: Contribute to marketing initiatives, staff development, and operational strategy.Business Development: Manage new client leads and actively grow your fee base, supported by a well-established and proactive team.About YouYou're an experienced accounting professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding role where you can lead, grow, and make a lasting impact.Key Attributes & Experience:Proven management experience within an accounting firm.Experience in reviewing tax compliance and providing client advisory services.CA or CPA qualification.A social, approachable, and positive personality that aligns with the firm's culture.Australian experience in a client-facing role.A proactive, motivated mindset with a passion for leadership and client success.How to ApplyClick APPLY, or send your resume through to Scott Munro at ****** note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
