Marketing Specialist

We're looking for an Account Based Marketer to lead impactful multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth in ANZ.
In this role, you'll craft and execute marketing plans, optimise campaign performance and provide valuable insights to enhance strategies.
You'll develop targeted account-based marketing strategies to boost engagement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with local needs.
Ideal candidates are proactive, results-driven and have 4+ years of B2B marketing experience.

What you will do Develop and implement targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to drive interest and net new pipeline within key segments and accountsCollaborate with the broader marketing team to optimise campaigns to maximise performance and ROI, monitor key metrics and provide regular reporting on campaign results and insightsDeliver regional field marketing programs and events to drive demand generation of net new leadsStay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices and recommend new strategies and tactics to drive growthWork closely with cross-functional teams, including content & creative, marketing operations, product marketing and SDR's to ensure cohesive and consistent experiencesPartner with the sales organisation to support GTM effortsAbout you Proactive and results-driven with 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including a strong track record in executing innovative marketing strategiesSkilled in developing and implementing multi-channel ABM plans to drive awareness, generate leads and support sales effortsExperienced in designing and optimising marketing campaigns to maximise performance and ROIProficient in crafting targeted account-based marketing strategies to boost engagement and growth within key accountsAdept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives and align with local market requirementsUp-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools and best practices, with a knack for recommending new strategies and tacticsExcellent communicator with a collaborative mindset, capable of delivering impactful marketing programs and driving regional successEquitable opportunities, growth, and development lie at the heart of how we work at EP.
