Evado Studios Hawthorn is the first and largest studio in the Evado group of 8 studios throughout Victoria & New South Wales. Our Hawthorn studio is a multi-level 600 metres square multi-disciplinary studio in the Burwood Road / Power Street precinct providing both rehabilitation and fitness services.
Our team includes Specialist Sports Physiotherapists, Sports Physiotherapists, Exercise Scientists, S&C coaches, Myotherapists and Pilates Instructors. This creates a rich and empowering environment for staff looking to excel.
Our services cater for clients that require injury management and rehabilitation under the guidance of a Physio and for clients who want to get fit under the supervision of a qualified exercise instructor.

The Opportunity: This is your opportunity to join our growing group. We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team of 6 experienced Physios and our larger team of 20+ staff at Hawthorn. Our studio is very well resourced with trapeze tables, reformers, squat racks and a functional gym space with free weights, kettlebells, spin bikes and more. This ensures our clinical team can provide early, mid and end-stage rehab to all of our clients; better than anywhere else in the inner eastern suburbs. Our size is one of our unique features and therefore contributes to strong word-of-mouth referral numbers.
The position suits a Physio looking to combine in-rooms Physio skills with exercise-based interests in both gym and Pilates settings as well as sporting team work. We have long term relationships with Hawthorn Amateur FC (mens & womens), Old Yarra FC, Xavier College and Trinity Grammar. You will receive a wage retainer with commissions and performance bonus. You will be mentored by our clinical team which consists of a Specialist Sports Physio, an APA Sports & Exercise Physio and a S&C coach of greater than 30 years experience.
The new team member will undergo a thorough three month induction to learn Evado Studios' systems and processes so that they can 'hit the ground running'. You will also have free access to our online PD portal subscription to facilitate learning in your own time. This position will offer you a career progression into management should you desire.
The Position: We require a Physiotherapist with qualifications, experience and/or interest across all areas of Physio including Clinical Exercise, manual therapy, sporting team work and more. We have strong relationships with local sporting teams, local private schools and medical practitioners with the successful candidate having the opportunity to closely work with a number of these organisations.

We quantify patient progress via valid outcome measures as well as using our AXIT technology. This is an exciting recent addition which adds another layer of credibility to our Physiotherapy service.
