Job DescriptionALL about the role – what you'll be doing: Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high-quality standardsPerform tasks within a timely mannerPredominately working to cover breakfast and lunch shiftsKeep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contaminatingAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsReport maintenance, hygiene and hazard issuesComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislationAwareness departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the teamMeet all health and hygiene requirementsBe environmentally awareQualificationsALL about you: A culinary artist with a passion for modern Asian cuisineDetail-focused with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality food under pressureEnergetic and proactive with enthusiasm to develop your culinary expertiseA team player who easily builds rapport with colleagues and guests alikeTrade qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekendsYou must have unlimited working rights in Australia Additional InformationWhat is in it for you?
