Currently, we are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Business Manager (F&I) to become a valuable part of our sales department.
As a Business Manager, you will ensure the profitable sale of finance, insurance and extended warranties through offering flexible finance arrangements to our customers and developing long term repeat business for the company.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
Proactive and consistent introduction of both Finance and Insurance products to customersEnsure all avenues of finance are explored to provide the customer with best finance facilitiesPrepare and submit all financial applications and liaise with financiers to achieve swift positive customer outcomesMonitoring, managing, and motivating your team on their achievement to performance expectationsTo be successful in this role you must offer the following : Finance and Insurance knowledge (accredited with Finance providers).Previous experience in the automotive industryPrevious experience in a similar roleAdvanced interpersonal skillsKPI focused and highly self-motivatedWe want to give you the opportunity to grow with us and in return we offer the following :
