About the role
As Lease Administrator, you are part of a team responsible for providing professional lease administration for a portfolio of shopping centre assets.
The role is Part-time working hours 3-4 days per week.
Key responsibilities:
Review and approve all lease documentation ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
Auditing fully executed leases
Maintain accurate document tracking of outstanding leases and ancillary documentation
Ensure bank guarantees, insurance certificates are received and comply with company requirement
Liaison and advice to Centre Management staff on tenant lease issues or queries
Creating disclosure statements for new lease deals
Complete monthly reports for owners as required
Mentoring of Junior Lease Admin Coordinator
We would love to hear from you:
Have extensive experience as a Lease Administrator in Retail Property
Familiar with the Retail Leases Act
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in communicating with lawyers
Experience in mentoring and coaching more junior staff highly regarded
