You will coordinate all aspects of trip planning, manage client relationships, and work with a team of events and travel staff. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive trip itineraries, negotiating with vendors, ensuring seamless communication with clients and team members, and maintaining detailed records to enhance future programs.Key Responsibilities:Trip Planning: Develop detailed trip itineraries, research and select destinations, negotiate with vendors, and ensure logistics align with client expectations.Communication: Serve as the primary client contact, provide updates, use Events Air for event management, and communicate requirements to stakeholders.Client Management: Cultivate strong client relationships, conduct meetings to gather feedback, and offer creative solutions to enhance the client experience.Travel Booking Process: Coordinate flights, accommodation, transportation, and activities while monitoring budgets and securing favourable terms with suppliers.Skills and ExperienceExperience: Proven experience in event management and travel coordination, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.Technical Skills: Proficient in the Events Air platform for event registration, attendee communication, and logistics.Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors, hotels, airlines, and activity providers.Client Management: Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on personalised travel solutions.Budget Management: Experience in managing travel budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Personal QualitiesCustomer Focus: Actively listens to clients' needs and preferences to tailor travel experiences accordingly.Collaboration: Works closely with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate seamless travel experiences.Organisational Agility: Quickly adapts to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges in the dynamic event management environment.If you are passionate about creating extraordinary travel experiences and leading a talented team, apply now to join Ballpark and be a part of our exciting journey.Sports Entertainment Network is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals and encourages applications from a diverse range of candidates, including people with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
