We are searching Australia wide for a lead Dental Hygienist or Periodontal Disease focused Dental Hygienist OHT to build our Advanced Dental Hygiene department into the next decade.

Across the two practices, we have a team of General Dentists, Dental Prosthetists, Dentists with special interests in Orthodontics (braces and Invisalign), and Dentists who are interested in surgical extractions and implants.
The clinic is fitted with modern brand-new equipment, including a Leica microscope, Ozonated water therapy, and home care techniques.

About You:
You are a proactive Healer / Oral health coach seeking a new challenge in your forever dental home which supports your deep curiosity of oral and systemic health.
You know that the oral environment is critical to the overall wellbeing of your patients and that the treadmill hygiene services offered by other clinics do not build a clientele of engaged high-value clients.
You are not simply interested in the teeth or the mouth in isolation but curious about how oral care impacts the whole body.
Your goals are to increase the priority of dentistry & oral health in your patient's lives, teaching your patients to be so engaged that they are unlikely to ever cancel in reference to something else.
Perhaps you're working at a practice now that does not value the high-end services of an advanced dental hygienist, and your patients are on the treadmill of quick scale and cleans with no time allocated to deliver comprehensive dental care.
You already know or are willing to learn and be coached to understand the business standards and requirements of private dentistry, and you are interested in building your book to more than $400,000 per annum over 4 to 5 days per week.
After you have completed our agreed probationary period, you will (of course) be directly incentivised in addition to your agreed base remuneration (calculated monthly).
A part-time hygiene and steri assistant will be considered to achieve these standards.
We will support the right candidate and deliver whatever you require to get the job done.
There will be an incentive paid for you to grow your own book as well as mentor other team members to achieve the same.
You will never simply scale and clean teeth again.
In return, you will be coached by our friendly personal hygiene consultant, Sue Rusalen from 7 Figure Hygiene and 6 Figure Hygienist – as we want you to create an awesome income too
(Sue has walked in your shoes and has had 35 years herself in similar roles.)
Her coaching allows you to have the opportunity to reach an income of at least $100,000* p.a.
or much more (*depending upon the actual KPI's reached.)
The Oral Health Team will support you and your patients through the periodontal journey.
