The Supreme Court of Victoria is the highest court in Victoria and comprises the Court of Appeal and the Trial Division. We continually strive to create a high-performance workplace that is characterized by creativity, innovation, flexibility, and quality delivery.About the RoleReporting to the Deputy Juries Commissioner but working closely with the local Senior Registrar, the Circuit Jury Coordinator will be the local single point of contact for judges and their staff when jury trials are listed and proceeding. The Circuit Jury Coordinator is also the key link between circuit operations and Juries Victoria's leadership team, supporting Juries Victoria's planning and forecasting responsibilities for the respective jury district.To be successful in this role, you can demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with Juries Victoria's stakeholders, problem solve and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic operational environment. You will have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to prioritise your work and provide confident and informed advice.DutiesAnswering phone and counter enquiriesProviding information on jury serviceAttending courtCommunicating with court staffOther administrative tasksAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be enthusiastic and will not be afraid to present information to groups.You will also be organised, have excellent computer and data entry skills, and be able to work within a small team.
