You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
This Relief Security Officer role will include working 12-hour shifts, both day and nights.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Operate the control roomProvide security, static guarding and crowd control coverage on sitePatrol the premisesEnforce local council lawsEvent coverage required on an Adhoc basisConduct mobile patrols if requiredRespond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiriesRespond to emergency incidents and liaise with emergency personnelSkills & Experience QLD Security Licence – Unarmed and Crowd Control functions as a minimumCertificate II in Security OperationsCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationCurrent Open Drivers LicenceCovid vaccinations – 1st and 2nd dose as a minimumHepatitis A & B immunisations – must be willing to obtainHave an intermediate level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office applicationsIf you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or licence, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
