IQVIA is seeking a dynamic and analytical Consultant to join our Integrated Research Solutions team.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in market research and behavioral science to assist clients in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, and consumer health industries.
You will gather and analyse primary insights to develop strategic and actionable recommendations that drive informed decision-making.
Role responsibilities: Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals and client solutions. Assists in the development of market research material to meet the client's objectives. Liaising with external suppliers for quotes, updates on job progress, data finalisation; managing fieldwork process for market research studies. Undertakes qualitative interviews/focus groups with healthcare practitioners and consumers/patients. Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of primary research data/information to aid development of recommendations; exercises informed business judgment in identifying appropriate methodologies and approaches. Assists in the design/structure and completion of presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience. Develops, and may present, complete client deliverables within known/identified frameworks and methodologies. Proactively develops a knowledge of consulting and market research methodologies through the delivery of engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities. Engagement-based responsibilities are assigned and managed by Senior Consultants, Associate Principals or Principals. Required skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, behavioral sciences, economics and/or related field. 3-5 years of related experience in market research including qualitative methodology. Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth, and decline. Experience in moderating market research qualitative interviews. Proven analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques, related to one's functional area. Effective time management and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
