Your opportunity We have a great opportunity available to join our Ultrasound team as Sales Support.
Based in our North Ryde Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Australian Ultrasound Sales Team and National Sales Manager across a variety of accounts.
You will be responsible for the preparation of reports, supporting the team with demonstration bookings, tender submissions, quoting basic configurations, support with salesforce opportunities, trade in submissions and asset linking.
Working with a highly experienced team of Account Managers, all with a shared goal of delivering top quality service to customers, you will support overall customer operations and processes, as well as customer presentations and customer-facing campaigns/events.
Further, you will collaborate with the wider organization including service, commercial operations, and marketing to deliver on projects and process improvements.
Key areas of responsibility Generation of basic quotations with customers/Sales Team and convert to orders.Support Account Managers with the management of opportunities through salesforce.Tender submission input.Booking demonstration units and any logistics or presentation support required for customer engagement.Support National Sales Manager across various accounts and operation/processes.
Generate reporting for decision making.You're the right fit if: Bachelor's degree with majors which may include Health related field; Business, Commerce and Finance with experience or a genuine interest in Innovation, Healthcare and sales.You are a self-starter, with strong attention to detail, able to identify opportunities to build robust processes and structure within operations of the team.If you have had CRM experience, ability to utilize sales tools efficiently (e.g.
Salesforce or similar) that would be great but not essential.Have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally; a team player who enjoys collaboration and developing long-lasting and trusted partnerships.Confident to work directly with customers in order to understand and architect solutions as well as supporting the broader team.Are self-directed and proactive in self-motivated learning and confident in your time management and working with and meeting deadlines.You are comfortable with reporting and able to manage complex information and data analysis, utilizing your intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.About Philips We are a health technology company.
