Role Overview:
We're seeking friendly and experienced Personal Care Attendants to join our team at Cleveland Gardens Retirement Living and Redlands by the Bay Retirement Resort.
As a Personal Care Attendant, you will provide high-quality daily care services for residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
You'll enjoy fostering strong relationships with residents, their families, and your colleagues to ensure exceptional care outcomes.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $39.05 including casual loading, plus relevant entitlements such as penalty rates, overtime, and allowances, as well as superannuation.
Duties:
Provide safe and effective daily personal care tailored to resident needsEnsure all residents receive kind, caring, and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independenceAssist with tasks such as medical & personal support, domestic cleaning, and general admin dutiesSupport residents with recreational and social activitiesRespond to first-aid and on-call situationsRequirements:
Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, Health Services Assistance or equivalent (required)Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required)Current Police Check clearance (required)Two COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)About Us:
