Job Description - Commercial Business Development Manager - Asset Finance (24000204)Who We Are

The Role
Based in New South Wales, our Asset Finance team are seeking an experienced Commercial Business Development Manager to service, retain and grow the current commercial portfolio across NSW.
The role will seek new business opportunities and increase our introducer base by developing growth strategies and plans.
You will manage and retain relationships with existing clients through developing an in-depth knowledge of both our products and value proposition.
In addition, this role is required to provide customer training including front-end systems, regulatory and compliance training.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
Minimum 3 years Sales experience within the Commercial Asset Finance industry.Strong business acumen and industry knowledge of the NSW market is essential.Ability to consistently achieve set targets.Self-motivated, driven, highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.Remain calm under pressure and be a problem solver.The ability to deliver high quality work whilst maintaining turnaround times.Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships with third party intermediaries to open sales channels and generate new business opportunities.A team player and will form part of the existing positive department and company culture.The way we work together is just as important as your experience.
