The opportunity:
We are on the lookout for an excellent Team Administrator to join our Business advisory team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide day-to-day administrative support and assistance to Partners, Managers and their team.
You will be responsible for: Assistance with calendar management for Partners, arranging meeting roomsMaintaining data and document management systems including APSManaging ATO mail for clients and coordination with the teamProcessing invoices, billing, write-offs, WIP management as requiredMaintain close and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.Drafting client correspondence About you: Proven experience providing administrative support in a corporate environment.Experience in billing, preferably using APSAbility to manage multiple deadlines with changing priorities.Strong customer service focus.Ability to work co-operatively and effectively within a team environment, and the wider Firm.Ability to think out of the box and have a 'can do' attitude when approaching or dealing with change.
