About the Role
As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking, you'll play a key role in helping to provide customers with a seamless banking experience, through meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital.
This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied but strong advocates for ANZ.

Role Location: Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, 2-30 Hooker Boulevard Broadbeach QLD 4218
Work Hours: Monday: 09:15 AM - 04:15 PM (30 minute break) = 6.50 hours
Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 02:15 PM = 4.25 hours
Wednesday: 09:15 AM - 04:15 PM (30 minute break) = 6.50 hours
Thursday: 10:00 AM - 02:15 PM = 4.25 hours
Friday: 09:15 AM - 04:15 PM (30 minute break) = 6.50 hours
Saturday: Not Rostered
Sunday: Not Rostered
Total Weekly Rostered Hours: 28.00 hours
What will your day look like?
As a Banking Consultant/Personal Banker, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures. What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.Sound understanding of compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
