Position: Home Care and Support Worker
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and support to participants based on their individual needs.
Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.
Foster a positive and supportive environment.
Communicate effectively with participants, their families, and other professionals.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Australian federal and state laws.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
Valid clearance to work with children and/or vulnerable people.
Relevant licenses, certificates, and qualifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
