About the role The company is seeking to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel into a diverse role, reflecting a company that is growing and innovating.
Reporting to the Head of Legal - Healthcare, and engaging regularly with the Executive and senior business stakeholders , you will join a close knit in-house legal team that works collaboratively to provide a responsive and effective legal service across the business.
You will guide the business through a broad range of matters in a way that strikes an appropriate balance between achieving commercial objectives and sensibly managing legal risk.
The work will be varied and requires a lawyer who is happy to roll up their sleeves and contribute.
You will provide broad, strategic commercial law advice, including in relation to:
Contracts Consumer and competition law Advertising and marketing Legal aspects of distribution and logistics Regulatory, and Brand management.
EBOS Group seeks an experienced commercial lawyer.
In-house or secondment experience will be highly regarded.
You are an independent individual who enjoys a high-level of responsibility and autonomy and brings a commercial outlook.
This is a fast-paced commercial environment so the role suits a lawyer with outstanding interpersonal skills, a "can do" approach and the ability to juggle a range of priorities.
Those with healthcare or FMCG experience will suit the role well, but our client is open to considering candidates from a range of industries and backgrounds.
This role is a fabulous opportunity to work in a stable, highly regarded in-house legal team in a rapidly growing business.
