As a Strata Manager, your duties will include:Maintaining a portfolio of Strata schemes, building relationships, and being a trusted advisor in all things strata.Facilitating and attending AGMs and other meetings.Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments.Interpreting legislation and assisting in the enforcement of by-laws.Maintaining insurance, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and building compliance requirements.We're looking for someone who has:Experience as a Strata Manager or similar responsibilities.Skills in portfolio and/or account management.A love for building relationships and anticipating the needs of your clients.Strong written and verbal skills.Skills in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements.Our Culture:Close-knit local team with support from Australia's leading Strata Company.Our team works together to problem solve and is supportive and fun.Great perks like discounts on wellbeing services and everyone's favourite - Birthday leaveAccess to great internal resources like a pool of relief resources.Who is PICA Group?PICA Group is Australia's leading strata and property services provider made up of a unique network of industry specialist businesses in strata and facilities management, property development, debt recovery, and legal services.
