The Role:As an Architectural Draftsperson, you will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings and plans that support our architectural projects. Your core duties will include:•Create accurate, detailed, and comprehensive architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details based on sketches, ideas, and instructions from architects and designers•Produce concept designs based on brief and develop the design using 2D and 3D software through Design Development and Working Drawings•Collaborate with architects, engineers, and various stakeholders, translating conceptual designs into precise technical drawings and communicating design changes effectively.•Coordinate with construction teams to ensure specifications are met during the design phase.•Perform site inspections during the construction phase to ensure specifications are met.•Optimize the use of space to accommodate machinery, production lines, and staff movement.•Stay updated with industry trends, drafting standards, and software advancementsKey Requirements:•1+ years of experience in the respective field (at minimum)•Diploma or Degree in Architectural Drafting, Architectural Technology, or a related field.•Strong knowledge of architectural and construction principles, methods, and materials.•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.•Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.•Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslySalary: Salary: $ 73150 salary annually excluding of superannuation If you are a qualified Architectural Draftsperson looking for an exciting opportunity with the potential for visa sponsorship, please send your resume and cover letter to ******
