Holmesglen Private Hospital Moorabbin is looking to employ an Enrolled Nurse for their Surgical Unit.

The Hospital includes; 147 beds across 5 Wards providing Medical, Surgical and Rehabilitation Services, combined Intensive Care and Coronary Care Unit, Emergency Department, 7 Operating Suites, Catheter Laboratory, Day of Surgery Admission and Day Infusion/Oncology Services.

As an Enrolled Nurse, your responsibilities will include: · Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN · Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs · Act as a role model for Safe Practice · Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy · Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development Essential Criteria: · Authority to work in Australia · Current Registration with AHPRA · Working with Children check · Enrolled Nurse qualification in Monitoring and Administering IV Medications · Advanced level of clinical skills (desired) · Compliance with ACQSHC National standards · Commitment to Quality Patient Care · Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills · Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills Why Healthscope?
