Position Overview : We are currently seeking an experienced Band Saw and Aluminium Saw Operator for an ongoing role based near Blacktown.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual looking to showcase their skills and grow within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities : Operate and maintain band saws and aluminium saws with precision, cutting a variety of shapes and sizes of aluminium and wood as specified by written instructions.Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Execute cold saw cutting and nesting of parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Assist with general fabrication and workshop duties, including cutting, drilling, punching, folding, and grinding various metals.Ensure accurate cutting and quality control of materials.Operate a forklift (counterbalance) and load and unload trucks as required.Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.Requirements : Proven experience operating band saws and aluminium saws, with experience in steel and aluminium fabrication.Strong understanding of technical drawings and measurements.Ability to perform quality control checks.Forklift licence is preferred.Experience with routine maintenance and repairs of saw equipment.Commitment to safety and adherence to operational standards.What We Offer : Ongoing role with the opportunity to become a permanent team member.Competitive salary.Availability of overtime for additional earnings.Supportive and collaborative work environment.How to Apply : If you have the experience and skills we're looking for, and you're ready to take on a new challenge, we want to hear from you
