Deliver high quality, person-centered care to residents and families, including consideration for cultural, spiritual and individual needs.
Provide nursing care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support, restorative care and pain management to enhance their wellbeing.
Support nursing staff regarding assessment and care planning processes, documentation and evaluation of care outcomes.
Analyse risk, implement strategies and participate in clinical handover with Registered Nurses.
Promote a harmonious team approach by acting as a role model in coordinating daily routines and adhering to safe practice measures in medication management in consultation with the Registered Nurses.
We currently have Permanent Part-Time shift lines Week 1 and 2 of the roster: 14:45 to 22:00 Sunday to Tuesday Wednesday to Saturday About you: You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents to support them to live life to their potential
Current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2).
Min.
2 years experience as an EEN in residential aged care (must have) .
Experience with dementia care and palliative care support (desired).
Proficiency in decision making, critical analysis and on-the-spot problem solving.
Demonstrated abilities to delegate and prioritise in a fast-paced environment with exemplary communication skills in a team and one-on-one interactions with all levels of care partners.
Available and committed to work in the above mentioned roster vacancy .

Essentials for working in Aged Care: A current Working With Children Check card.
