Building Services support for a Government Organisation
Are you ready to take on an exciting Property Asset Management Officer role?
Our Hays Facilities Team are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for professionals seeking a new contract role.
We have a number of openings available, and one of them might be the perfect fit for you
Location: Situated in Melbourne CBD
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, providing a consistent 5-day workweek
Hours: Flex between 8am to 5pm
Compensation: You'll receive an hourly rate of $60 +Superannuation
Your New Position
As the PAMO, you will be responsible for supporting the Facilities and Property Team specifically with the business HVAC systems.
You may liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders in a representational role on behalf of the organisation.
You will also be required to:

Actively contributing to the management of internal business systems, overseeing maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and rectifying system faults and issues where required.
Obtaining metrics and providing reporting in support of managing risks.
Assisting in the management of security, Emergency Management, and incident reporting protocols.
Transferring HVAC detail and information manually, to the internal systems.
Identifying and reporting emerging issues/incidents/trends and providing solutions where applicable.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you'll hold an extensive track record of successfully managing assets in a building service capacity and experience leading a large security team.
You will also need:
Substantial experience managing accounts across building services Public Sector background would be desirable Excellent organisational and leadership skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
